What does the rental period cover?
Standard rentals cover a single event day. Items are picked up from our location and returned the following business day. Multi-day rentals are available — just ask.
Is delivery included?
All orders are pickup by default. Delivery and setup can be arranged for an additional fee, calculated by distance and order size — just ask when you book.
Do you require a deposit?
A 25% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due one week before your event.
What about damages?
Normal wear is expected. A refundable damage hold may apply to large orders and is returned after inspection.
