1. Rental Period
Rental rates are for a single event day unless otherwise agreed in writing. Items are picked up from our location on the event day and returned the following business day. Extended rentals are billed at the daily rate.
2. Reservations & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date and inventory. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
3. Care & Responsibility
The client is responsible for all rented items from the time of pickup (or delivery, if arranged) until they are returned. Items must be protected from weather and returned in their original condition, free of food, decorations, and debris.
4. Damage & Loss
The client agrees to pay replacement cost for any item that is damaged beyond normal wear, lost, or stolen during the rental period. A refundable damage deposit may be required for select inventory.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 14 days are billed at 75% of the total. Date changes are accommodated subject to availability.
6. Pickup & Delivery
All rentals are client pickup and return by default. Delivery and pickup can be arranged for an additional fee based on distance and access, and must be scheduled in advance. When delivery is arranged, the client must ensure a clear, safe path; setup and teardown services are also available for an additional fee.
